Let Go of Doubt We all have moments of doubting ourselves, but now we should focus on leaving negative thoughts behind us as we move with the changing winds into this new year. Instead of wondering, “What if?” It’s time to think “What next?” Doubt is one of those things that thrive on negativity, and we want to help you manifest a positive lifestyle in 2021. When you start to doubt yourself, think of 3 positive affirmations to replace this one negative thought. It is important to practice self-awareness and learn the triggers to your doubt. Reworking your mind and finding motivation in yourself will help you leave your doubt in the past. This will help you live your life in light + truth. Take this time to focus on breathing in a quiet space. Meditation takes time, compassion, and persistence. Love yourself through your practice. Be an explorer of your mind and clear your headspace of hatred. Inhale gratitude and love as you exhale and let all your negative thoughts flow out of your body through your breath. You will feel lighter and relieved after this daily practice. It’s time to bring peace and tranquility into your life and toss hatred out. Love is the beauty of the soul. Your soul is beautiful and you too can help others to let go of hate and to live in love.

Let Go of Fear The last thing on our list to let go of this year is fear. Fear tends to show up at the most inopportune times, making it difficult to deal with. Fear can come in all forms, but 2021 is the year to let that go. We want you to live fearlessly and bravely! We cannot change the future, nor do we know what will come, but we can live a life in the pursuit of happiness and bravery! Living in fear will only hinder our ability to live a full and happy life. It is important to take care of your spiritual being as well as your physical being during this new year. Make a list of things you are thankful for and remember that we cannot control every circumstance. Let’s rejoice in the time we have together, be courageous together, and live without fear.
